The site says the dataset includes direct reservation data from more than 80 PMS integrations, Airbnb and Vrbo listing coverage, and hotel performance. It cites more than 10 million vacation rental properties and 4.5 million hotel rooms in its marketing figures. Integration and setup
The site lists many PMS brands as data sources. Connecting your PMS for benchmarking is not the same as a pricing tool pushing rates back.

- Confirm whether you get a dashboard, a file feed, or both.
- Do not treat Key Data occupancy and a scraped-calendar occupancy as the same series.
