← All toolsManage vacation rental channels, a direct booking site and rate rules from one system with a free trial.
What it does
Tokeet is vacation rental management software. The site describes channel management, a custom website and booking engine, automations, and dynamic rates and rules, for owners through larger portfolios. It offers a free trial. A numeric plan price was not in the text reviewed. The same pages mention a mobile app under the AdvanceCM name.
Who it suits
Operators who want a trial of channel management plus a direct site before taking a quote.
Integration and setup
Use the trial to connect one live or test listing and confirm rate rules survive a same-day change. Ask whether AdvanceCM is included or a separate app login.
What to check before buying
- Record which automations are inside the trial account.
- Push one rate change and one minimum-stay change.
- Ask for the price at one home and at twenty homes.
Limitations and considerations
- List prices were not in the pages reviewed.
- Dynamic rate rules still depend on the channel accepting the update.
