What it does

Guesty is a property management system for hosts and managers of short-term rentals. The current pricing page splits Lite, for one to three listings, from Pro for larger portfolios and an Enterprise offer past 200 listings. Every plan described includes a channel connection, a multi-calendar and a unified inbox. Pro adds a wider channel list, an owner portal and revenue tools. The company timeline says twin brothers Amiad and Koby Soto started the product in 2013 as SuperHost and moved the headquarters to Tel Aviv in 2014.

Hosts and property managers who want one system from a handful of listings through to a larger portfolio.

Integration and setup

Lite syncs with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. Pro is described as syncing with 60 or more channels. Confirm the channel your listing actually uses before you rely on the higher count.

What to check before buying

• Price Lite against Pro using your real listing count, not the $9 headline alone.
• Test a cancellation and check how fast the dates return to the other channels.
• Ask which owner-statement and payment tools are included before you add GuestyPay.

Limitations and considerations

• Pro and Enterprise prices are quoted rather than listed as a single rate.
• Optional products such as PriceOptimizer, locks and damage protection are add-ons, not part of every plan.
