Channel manager · Editorial listing

Nextpax

Connect vacation rentals and other stays to booking channels through a channel manager and distribution APIs.

What it does

Nextpax describes itself as a channel manager for vacation rentals, hotels, bed and breakfasts and holiday parks. The site lists a supply API, a distribution API and a Nextpax MCP option, plus pricing and integration pages. The pricing URL we tried did not publish a rate card. Distribution is the product, not a full guest-operations suite.

Who it suits

Operators and connectivity partners who need channel distribution and an API, and who will take pricing on a quote.

Integration and setup

Ask which channels are in the standard connection and which require the supply API. MCP access is not a substitute for a signed distribution agreement.

What to check before buying

  • Get the channel list and any per-booking fee in the same quote.
  • Confirm whether hotels and rentals on one account share the same connection.
  • Test a stop-sell through the API if you plan to build on it.

Limitations and considerations

  • No public price was found at the pricing path we tried.
  • A channel manager does not by itself replace housekeeping, owner accounting or a guest guidebook.
