TripLeads

Turn a website chat into a structured sales brief for hotels, agencies, DMCs and venues.

What it does

TripLeads sells a website chat widget that qualifies a travel inquiry and writes what it calls an inquiry brief: contact details, trip type, dates, party size, budget and a short triage note. The homepage names the assistant Juni. The hotel page calls the same widget an AI concierge that answers questions about the property, then says it is a lead-intake tool rather than a support chatbot. Chat is offered in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian and German. Starter covers one trip type and 50 leads a month. Professional covers three trip types, unlimited leads, a seven-stage pipeline and abandoned-chat recovery emails. Premium covers unlimited trip types and chat-field configuration. The price quoted here is the homepage annual view: Starter is $79 per month ($948 a year), Professional is $399 per month ($4,788 a year) and Premium is $796 per month ($9,552 a year). Only Starter includes a 30-day trial. The hotels page calls that trial plan Essential; the pricing cards call it Starter. The terms name the service TripLeads.AI and do not name a legal entity, an address or a place of incorporation. They say a lead may be sent to more than one partner venue, and that the fee can depend on property size and selected features.

Who it suits

Hotels, wedding venues, travel agencies, DMCs and tour operators that want a website visitor to arrive as a qualified sales brief.

Integration and setup

Do not read the homepage list (Tripleseat, Event Temple, HoneyBook, Salesforce, Google Calendar and Slack) as live connectors. The hotel page names Salesforce, HubSpot and Tripleseat as CSV import targets and says direct integrations are on the roadmap. Ask for a working connector, or plan on the CSV.

What to check before buying

  • Use the homepage annual price, then ask which figure the invoice will use.
  • Ask which trip types are included. Starter covers one and Professional covers three.
  • Export a sample lead into the CRM you already use. A named product is not a connector.
  • Read the lead-distribution clause in the terms before you assume every chat belongs only to you.

Limitations and considerations

  • Quote the homepage annual cards. Audience pages, including the tour-operator page, print a higher monthly figure for the same plan names. The terms say annual billing is 20 percent off and that the fee can depend on property size. Confirm the invoice.
  • Only Starter includes the 30-day trial. Professional and Premium charge the card at signup.
  • The homepage lists Tripleseat, Event Temple, HoneyBook, Salesforce, Google Calendar and Slack as tools it works alongside. The hotel page says to export a CSV, and that direct integrations are on the roadmap.
  • The terms say a lead may be distributed to more than one partner venue. Confirm the contract treats chats on your own site as exclusive to your team.
  • It does not hold the reservation. A lead inbox is not a guest-messaging channel or a property management system.
