Questions before you shortlist
Which tools are for an advisor document rather than a reservation system?
TravelJoy, Travefy, Tern and Axus are itinerary and client-document tools. Axus offers a 14-day trial and the pricing path we tried did not return a fee. Lemax and Tourwriter are aimed at operators and DMCs who also manage the file.
Does the software take a cut of the client payment?
TripCreator’s pricing FAQ says it does not collect a commission on payments you receive. That is not the same as a free licence. The software fee is quoted.
What should a trial itinerary include?
Use a real multi-city trip with personal details removed. Change one hotel and one departure time. Check that the client view matches the operations view, and that imported supplier text was not rewritten into a stronger promise.
