Which hotel PMS publishes a room price?
Apaleo lists €8 per room per month with a €400 monthly minimum, and online payments from 0.6%. Sirvoy lists a free plan for a very small property and paid tiers around €11 and €41 per month. Mews and Cloudbeds ask for a quote.
How should I read Clock’s example fee?
Clock’s pricing page illustrates about €517 per month for a property with €1.9 million annual net revenue and 40 rooms. That is the vendor’s example, not your invoice. Optional OTA links via RoomCloud are listed at €10 per channel per month.
What is not included in a PMS quote?
Ask for payment fees, channel connections and housekeeping as separate lines. Apaleo prices payments apart from the room fee. A marketplace logo is not proof the interface is in the edition you would sign.
