Each row is a product we profiled from the vendor’s own pages on 27 October 2026. A quote means the vendor did not print a price. This list is not a ranking.

Questions before you shortlist
What guest communication software is aimed at tours?
Myma.ai describes an assistant for pickup points, age limits, inclusions and booking policies on web and messaging channels. It is the directory profile built for that tour-operator question. Hotel inboxes are a different shortlist.
Why are booking systems on this page?
A guest question about a departure still ends in the reservation system. Bókun, Rezdy and the other tour booking profiles are here so the communication tool is not compared with hotel chat software by mistake.
What should the assistant not invent?
Meeting points, age rules and weather cancellations have to come from the operator’s own content. Myma’s profile says live availability depends on a reservation connection. Test a question you have not written an answer for.
