Integration and setup
Confirm the channel list inside the edition you trial. Accounting and payment processing are listed as product areas, but payment processor fees are separate from the software fee.
What to check before buying
- Calculate the sliding fee at your property count, then again after two more homes.
- See which items are marked premium before you assume agreements and signatures are included.
- Export a sample owner statement during the trial.

- The monthly fee changes with property count, so a screenshot of one portfolio is not your price.
